Founded in 2013 in, the Recovery Village treats addition through a network of rehabilitation facilities that offer comprehensive treatment. Through various programs including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and sober housing accommodations, Recovery Village has helped thousands of men, women and adolescents from all over the United States recover from mental illness and addiction. As part of its commitment to provide educational opportunities, a $1,000 scholarship is being offered to students pursuing a medial-related course of study.
Ideal candidates are passionate about health care and counseling and may have compelling personal experiences with substance abuse or mental illness. Applicants must submit a short essay, 500 words or less, describing their interest in substance abuse and mental disorders.
