The online grant application for the Ribbons of Hope $100,000 grant is open - and due no later than June 4, 2018. Georgia organizations or agencies who wish to apply should seek support for projects or programs that will enrich or enhance the lives of women and/or children in the following areas: health; education; economic independence; social well-being; or human rights.
Eligible organizations will have established 501(c)3 status prior to June 2015, be able to provide 3 years of financial records and have an annual operating budget of $500,000 or greater. Funds requested should be in support of a capital project or program which can be sustained beyond the $100,000 grant award.
Ribbons of Hope - Invest in Women was formed by women executives and community leaders who decided to combine their passion to empower women by pooling their resources. The group of at least 50 women contributors donate $2,000 each annually to fund a $100,000 grant.
The 2018 grant application is open through June 4, 2018, with site visits for selected finalists to occur in the fall and final award made in November 2018.
